There are many doorways to practicing with Eden, both remote and in-person. Following are the variety of ways to engage with her:
Attend a retreat. Throughout the year, Eden offers both silent meditation retreats and retreats that include silence but are held in a context of conscious community. Eden offers both in person and remote retreats.
Join Eden on Tuesdays at 9 am PT/ 12 EST for her weekly Online Meditation, Remembering the Already Awakened State, or join the Fierce Compassion Sangha. The Fierce Compassion Sangha was created to support people from all over the world to work intimately with Eden in the context of conscious community to deepen practice in a sustained way. We gather weekly to practice meditation, relational mindfulness, embodied deep listening, and inquiry.
Apply for the 6-month Heart of Listening: On Behalf of Our Collective training. This training is for those who are ready to go much deeper in their embodiment of presence, courage, deep listening, relational intelligence, and regenerative leadership on behalf of collective transformation. It is for experienced practitioners and those who facilitate meditation, mindfulness, or other forms of awareness practice or healing. Personal growth is also a welcome motivation for joining this program.
Schedule personal mentorship session(s) with Eden. For those who feel called to work with Eden one-on-one in a more concentrated way as you navigate the vast terrain of being human and the deeper undercurrents of the path of awakening.
